Shipping Policy
At Bella's Seahorse Beauties we prepare and ship orders with proper insulation and next day air. This is to insure that they are not left outside in the elements. It is required that you pick up the seahorses the next day at your nearest Fed Ex Hub. I drop of the seahorse at Fed Ex the night prior to shipping, usually after 5:00. The Fed Ex Hub is next to the CVG airport. This ensures that the seahorses are kept inside during this process. I require customers to pick up at their closest Fed Ex Hub. This policy helps to protect these beautiful and unique animals from stress,
Seahorses are shipped Monday and Tuesdays. Live Arrive Guarantee applies to these orders. If the seahorses arrive in poor condition please contact me within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the seahorses in their original shipping bag. For these cases, I may issue a refund, credit or replacement at my discretion.
